I as the artist have the right to post the commisioned artwork on social media use it as an example for commision sheets or use it on a portofolio etc. But if you dont want the commision posted i will TOTALLY completely respect that just tell me.

YOU as the commisioner have the right to use it for any kind of personal purposes that doesn't grand you profit.

First stage: 50% upfront

Last stage: 50% after completion

YOU as the commisioner have the right to use the commision for personal purposes. You can print it AS LONG as you are not selling it, you can post it somewhere ONLY if im credited, and other stuff that are self explainatory and im too bored to explain.
